Our products leave the warehouse usually within 48 hours. Then, the package will take on average 7 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Are Deck City's product made of real bamboo?

Yes! Our desks are made with authentic high-quality materials such as bamboo.

What kind of customer service does Desk City offers?

We currently offer email customer support. We plan on eventually offering phone support in the coming years.

Can I purchase other office furnitures on Desk City's website?

Currently, we do not offer other products than desk. We plan on soon offering a line of office chairs and other office furniture. Stay tuned for that!

Does Desk City have a physical store?

We do not offer a physical store. We only operate through an online store.
